For the UK
Standard: 3-5 working days £4.95  
Express: 1-3 working days £7.50

International Delivery
Standard: up to 10-15 working days £11.50

Any orders placed on Thursday after 2pm, are processed Friday for delivery Monday
Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed on a Monday for delivery Tuesday.
There are no deliveries or despatches Saturday or Sunday.

Please note that additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by the recipient. In the event that you wish to return your item, to JARLO is unable to refund import duty and local sales taxes.

Please note that delivery time for standard orders is currently 3-5 working days. If you would like to receive your order sooner, our express delivery service will get it to you in 1-3 working days if you order before noon. (12pm GMT)UK Delivery Times

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in the timeframes mentioned above. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within six working days, please contact info@jarlolondon.com.

Deliveries to the Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver within 7 working days to Northern Ireland and 10 working days to the Highlands and Islands for all orders placed before 12pm. During busy periods this may take longer,

A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your order back and then attempt to delivery 2 more times on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery. If the customer does not collect the order, or arrange a redelivery with Royal Mail, the order will usually be returned to JARLO and we will resend the order to the customer, at the customer’s expense.

Returns


In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in it’s original condition and packaging* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
JARLO will not accept returns for items returned outside of the 14 day return period, or items that have been worn or marked.. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging with the completed returns documentation enclosed.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery, please note refund will be processed within 10 days of our receipt.

Please complete the form provided with your purchase and then remove the addressed sticker and place this on your return parcel, please note this is not a pre paid stamp :

We will only refund the card from which the original payment was made.

*When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled. The item must be returned with the completed form that arrives with your parcel..

Exchanges


If you are wanting to exchange an item for a different size or colour you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.

Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item, or the item is not what you originally ordered, please email info@jarllondon.com please give your name and order number (this will be on your order confirmation email) and product details and the reason for return. Please also advise whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then respond via email on how to proceed with your return.
