UK Delivery Options

DPD NEXT BUSINESS DAY (ORDER BY 1PM MON - FRI) – FREE

Your order will be delivered via DPD. If you order by 1pm Monday - Friday, delivery will be made before close of business the following working day. 

A signature will be required upon receipt.

Deliveries are made Monday - Friday, there is no weekend service available. 

For orders to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, please allow 2 working days for delivery.

For orders to Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Guernsey your order will be delivered via DPD. Please allow 2 working days for delivery.

DPD SATURDAY (ORDER BY 1PM FRIDAY, UK MAINLAND ONLY) - £3.95

Your order will be delivered via DPD. If you order by 1pm Friday, you will receive your order before end of day on Saturday. A signature will be required upon receipt.

If the order is placed during the week, it will be held and then despatched on time to be delivered on the nominated Saturday.

For orders to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Guernsey, please note there is no Saturday delivery available. 

International Delivery Options

FedEx International - approx. 1 - 6 BUSINESS DAYS

Your order will be shipped via FedEx and you will receive it within approx. 1-6 business days from date of dispatch. This is a fully trackable service.

Europe - £8.95

USA/Australia - £12.95

Rest of World - £15.95

Deliveries are made Monday - Friday, there is no Saturday service available. We recommend using your work address or an address where someone will be at home to sign for your package.

Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.

We are also unable to provide delivery to some areas due to limited reliable shipping options. We’re happy to allow collection if you’d like to arrange your own shipping of items.

Custom & Import Duties

Custom and import duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please note, these chargers are the buyers responsibility and will be billed to you directly by your local authority once your order arrives. 

You will need to pay any applicable import fees in order to receive your package. 

If you refuse your parcel or fail to pay the charges, please note that any return shipping or related fees incurred will be deducted from your refund. 

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on import duties before placing your order.

EU Customers

To help our customers avoid unexpected import duties, orders are limited to a maximum value of €150 (excluding shipping). Orders over this amount may be subject to additional customs charges upon arrival.

If you wish to purchase multiple items with a combined value of over €150, we recommend placing separate orders, each with a value below the €150 threshold. Please note each order will incur its own shipping fee, however this will be cheaper than duties and import charges.

In the event that you wish to return your item, JARLO is unable to refund import duty and local sales taxes.

Please ensure that any returns are clearly marked as ‘Returned Goods’ to ensure duties are not chargeable to JARLO on return. Such charges will not be accepted.

Weekends & Holidays

Please note if you place an order on Friday after 1pm or during the weekend, the order will be dispatched on Monday, except for Bank Holiday weekends when it will be dispatched the following Tuesday. 

Please also allow extra ship time during sale periods or holiday seasons. In order to ensure delivery for a specific date, we recommend ordering as far in advance as possible.
