How Do I Return My Order? (International)

We operate a 14 day returns policy (including bank holidays and weekends). Please send garments back to us within 14 days of receiving the parcel. The period starts from the day delivery was made to your nominated delivery address.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by JARLO unless item(s) are faulty/incorrect. 

 How Do I Return My Order? 

You don't pay the pre-paid return post cost separately, it is deducted from your refund. By using the DHL returns waybill, you consent to the deduction of the return post cost from your refund. 

You can create a return via our portal: Zigzag Portal

  • Step 1: Login with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
  • Step 2: Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Step 3: Select your chosen return method and click ‘Proceed’
  • Step 4: Download your DHL label and attach it securely to your parcel. You also must attach the return commercial invoice (all copies). Please make sure the returns form is inserted into your parcel. Without this your refund could take much longer. 
  • Step 5: Locate your local service point using the ’Services Near You’ link and take your parcel to the location of your choice.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Returns are processed within 14 days of receiving the shipment. 

You will receive an email once the refund has been processed. Please note the prepaid label price will be deducted from your refund.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

Please note we do not refund duties and taxes. 

 

Faulty / Incorrect Items

If the item you’re returning is faulty or incorrect, please inform us ASAP via email: info@jarlolondon.com Please include any images of the item for our reference. 

Our Customer Care team will then be able to advise how to return such item for either a replacement or a refund free of charge. 

 

Exchanges

We’re no longer offering exchanges to our customers. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. Need a different size or colour of an item? Simply place a new order!

Custom & Import Duties

Custom and import duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please note, these chargers are the buyers responsibility and will be billed to you directly by your local authority once your order arrives. 

You will need to pay any applicable import fees in order to receive your package. 

If you refuse your parcel or fail to pay the charges, please note that any return shipping or related fees incurred will be deducted from your refund. 

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on import duties before placing your order.

EU Customers

To help our customers avoid unexpected import duties, orders are limited to a maximum value of €150 (excluding shipping). Orders over this amount may be subject to additional customs charges upon arrival.

If you wish to purchase multiple items with a combined value of over €150, we recommend placing separate orders, each with a value below the €150 threshold. Please note each order will incur its own shipping fee, however this will be cheaper than duties and import charges.

In the event that you wish to return your item, JARLO is unable to refund import duty and local sales taxes.

Please ensure that any returns are clearly marked as ‘Returned Goods’ to ensure duties are not chargeable to JARLO on return. Such charges will not be accepted.
