We appreciate that there will be difficulties in some areas in returning orders due to current restrictions in place.
Please send us over an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you cannot post your return within the returns period and we'll be able to revise the timeframe on case by case basis.
In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to us, provided:
- Items are unworn, unwashed and in original condition. They must have all tags attached.
- Every aspect of the garment is free from signs of wear and odour. Please ensure that when you try on our dresses that you do not leave makeup, stains, odours, pet hair, or anything that will require the product to require a full deep clean. Items returned in this state will have the cost of cleaning taken from refunds.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been torn, snagged or damaged in any way.
We operate a 14 day returns policy (including bank holidays and weekends). Please send garments back to us within 14 days of receiving the parcel. The period starts from the day delivery was made to your nominated delivery address.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by JARLO unless item(s) are faulty/incorrect.
Returns documentation MUST be enclosed in your return.
Please obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
Faulty / Incorrect Items
If the item you’ve received is faulty or incorrect, please inform us via email: email@example.com Include your name, order number and if possible, photos of your faulty item.
Our Customer Care team will then be able to advise how to return such item for either a replacement or a refund.
Bespoke dresses are made especially for you therefore we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
We would suggest ordering the item from an already available stock first to make sure sizing and fit is correct.
In the unlikely circumstance of a manufacturing fault, items can be returned for a replacement or repair, in this case you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the item, and returned to us within 14 days if located in the United Kingdom and 21 days for overseas customers.
