We operate a 14 day returns policy (including bank holidays and weekends). You must notify us within 14 days and you then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us. The period starts from the day delivery was made to your nominated delivery address.

 

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by JARLO unless item(s) are faulty/incorrect. 

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?  

  • Step 1: Fill out relevant columns on the returns form that was included in your parcel. 
  • Step 2: Place the items in a mailing bag. You can reuse the mailing bag that we sent your items in. Please make sure the returns form is inserted into your parcel. Without this your refund could take much longer.
  • Step 3: Return the parcel through your local post office ensuring the postage is pre-paid. We advise that you send items back using a tracked or signed for service. 
  • Step 4: Please obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Returns are processed within 1 - 2 days of receiving the shipment. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed. 

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

 

Klarna orders: 

If you haven't paid your invoice, you'll receive an updated version from Klarna within 24 hours of your returns being processed.

Already paid for your order in full? You'll receive a refund from Klarna for the items you returned.

 


FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS

If the item you’re returning is faulty or incorrect, please inform us ASAP via email: info@jarlolondon.com Please include any images of the item for our reference. 

Our Customer Care team will then be able to advise how to return such item for either a replacement or a refund free of charge. 

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges will be processed within 1 - 2 days from the receipt of the return.

If you need your exchange by a certain date, please send your order back for a refund and order your items again - this way we will be able to process this for you much more efficiently. 


The ability to process your exchange depends on the availability of our inventory on hand each day.

We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been damaged, stained, torn, snagged or damaged in any way.
