In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to us, provided:

  1. Items are returned within 14 days of the received date. We make additional time allowances for our international customers on case by case basis.
  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
  3. Items must have all tags and packaging attached/included.
  4. Returns documentation MUST also be enclosed.
  5. Please obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us.
  6. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
  7. We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
  8. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, stained, torn, snagged or damaged in any way.
  9. The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer.
Please note that all sale items are final sale and non-refundable. Items purchased with a discount code or voucher are still eligible for return/exchange.

 

Custom Orders

Any products that have been made to your specific requests will be un-applicable for refunds or exchanges.

These are custom made garments and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

  1. Fill out the relevant columns on the invoice that was included in your parcel. 
  2. Please make sure to include all details including your name, order number, the item(s) you are returning and your reason(s) for return.
  3. Place the items in a mailing bag. You can reuse the parcel that we sent your items out in. 
  4. Ensure that you have included the invoice inside the parcel.
  5. Please ensure that any returns are clearly marked as ‘Returned Goods' on top of the return parcel (if sending from outside of the EU).
  6. Return the items through your local post office. We advise that you send items back using a tracked or signed for service.
  7. Please obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. 



RETURNING ITEMS FROM OUTSIDE OF THE EU

Please ensure that any returns are clearly marked as ‘Returned Goods’ - you must use the sticky label included in your parcel.

Your customs declaration should include an accurate description of the goods, their quantity and value.

JARLO will not accept returned goods from outside of the EU unless the 'Returned Goods' sticker is applied on top of the return parcel.

 


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Depending on the returns service used, returns can take up to 10 days to arrive back with us. Refunds will be issued to the card or payment method used to make the original purchase within 5 days of receiving your returns. If this time has passed, please contact our Customer Care team who can update you on the status of your return. Please note we do not issue refunds for the original delivery costs. Unfortunately, we also cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

 

 

EXCHANGES POLICY

  1. Exchanges will be processed within approximately 2 - 3 working days after receipt of your original item.
  2. The ability to process your exchange depends on the availability of our inventory on hand each day.
  3. We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been damaged, stained, torn, snagged or damaged in any way.
  4. If you need your exchange by a certain date, please send your order back for a refund and order your items again - this way we will be able to process this for you much more efficiently. 

 

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ITEM(S)?

  1. Fill out the relevant columns on the invoice stating the new size or colour that you would like to exchange your item for. If you would like a different item, you will need to contact us at info@jarlolondon.com.
  2. Place the item(s) in a mailing bag. You can reuse the parcel that we sent your items out in. 
  3. Ensure that you have included the invoice inside the parcel.
  4. Please ensure that any exchanges are clearly marked as ‘Returned Goods' on top of the parcel (if sending from outside of the EU).
  5. Return the items through your local post office. We advise that you send items back using a tracked or signed for service. 
  6. We will process the exchange within 2 – 3 working days of receipt.
  7. Your item(s) will be sent out to you with a standard service for delivery.
